Even simple macros fail with Automation Error (outlook 2003)

I can't get macros to run in Outlook. Even the sample macros from the help
file fail. Even this simple macro

don't move message if sender in ANY of my address book folde

Two rules won't work, because I want to move the message UNLESS the sender is
in EITHER of my address books. When I choose an "except" clause, I only get
one choice.

I wrote a rule to move all messages to a "Who's This?" folder unless the
sender is in my Contacts folder. But within my "Contacts" folder, I have a
subfolder. The rule wizard lets me choose either...

How do I change a keyboard shortcut? (Outlook 2003)

I would like to change the mapping of certain keys and shortcuts. Is this
possible in Outlook 2003?

For example, can I assign my own macro to Ctrl+D or the delete key?
