Yes. I believe blackberry devices are being utilised. However, these
appointments are being accepted in Outlook itself. Many other users have BB
without the same problem

I have a couple of users who are having the same problem. When they get
meeting requests from a particular user, the acceptance is sent through

Outlook Crash

This still has not made any difference. Crashes intermittently. (ie. he
presses the X to delete an email and outlook exits altogether)

Outlook Crash

I've already tried deleting the OST and creating a new one.
Event viewer doesn't show anything when the crash occurs.
I'm changing it so it's not cached mode anymore.
Will still use an OST...

The file is an OST file, not a PST.
He's using outlook in cached mode.

Outlook Crash

I have a user whose outlook crashes sometimes when they delete an email.
They are using Outlook 2003 SP3 on Windows XP SP2.
I've tried creating a new profile and reinstalling office. Ideas?

Tools option in Outlook 2003 is missing; how do I restore it?

Could try reset of the menu. This is by right clicking on the menu and then
selecting CUSTOMIZE.
You can reset the menus from there.
