Outlook 2003 won't connect to email links

When I click on a link in my emails using Outlook 2003 I am directed to my
start page www.comcast.net

Only happens on this computer. Did a detect and repair, deleted temporary
files, cookies,...

We have 3 computers all running XP Pro connected through a Linksys router.
Problem is when I click on a link in an email on my desktop (Outlook 2003) I
