OL 2007 -- address book sorts

In the interim, I ended up having to rename the list, which eventually
worked, thank you, but I had to restart Outlook. I've noticed that this is
almost always true when I make changes in Outlook....

That certainly seems logical, but now the Address Book is blank. It seems
that Outlook differentiates between Contacts and Address Book. So... I'm
missing something here. Does the Address Book...

How do I get the address book to sort on Last Name, which makes sense,
instead of by first name, which does not? When I open the address book to
choose a recipient, either for email or mail merge,...

OL 2007 How to delete a duplicate contacts folder?

I'd like to delete, or at least rename so it's usable, a second contact
folder that is now empty. Delete and Rename are both grayed out.
