Sorry but I dont understand. My rule is as follows:
1) apply this rule after email arrives from email addresses. All these
emails from outside NOT from the domain or my exchange.

i have set up a rule in Outlook 2007 to forward email to my blackberry when

PS I do have Outlook 2003 on most workstations and 2007 on a selected few.

I have a user who lost all Outlook configuration except INBOX. Can this be
rebuilt?

Other users in the same computer but their own login profile are OK; thus,
it is not Outlook itself BUT...

documents/calendars/contacts on it. Many users look at the same documents
all the time.

when a user moves from one computer to another - all on a domain with
exchange - they maintain their profile BUT loose their cookies - when they
start typing an email addr. the closes match come...

thanks. It does seem as a shortsighted view in Microsoft to create Public
Folders that most corporations use to put every other document into it.

I just did a search and it seems like MS...

public folders in OUTLOOK - maybe with an icon in the toolbar?
