Thanx Brian, for the advice on the blocked senders, I think you're
right...I'll just follow that route.

As far as rules import into Outlook goes: there is no RULES option when I
follow the steps...

I have easily transferred the accounts info & messages between the two, but I
neet to move the rules and blocked sender's list to MS Outlook
