Everything in contacts with country codes and city codes works fine, but the
only thing I cannot figure out how to do is show that any call that is not to
the USA or Canada requires the prefix...

I need to set a filter in Outlook 2003 contacts that searches a custom Yes/No
field. It won't show up anywhere in the usual filters screen.
