It does not appear to be opening any installer dialog.
I dont think Outlook 2000 was installed. I haven't used Outlook before now
and just installed 2002 from...

Thanks NEO have tried as you suggested but in both 9.0 and 10.0 the value was
5 already.
Any other thoughts?
