how to enable Outlook to start in Online mode

fixed using the following settings

Tools - account Settings - Edit Microsoft Exchange account - More
settings - General (tab) - When Starting - Manually control
connection state - Connect...

Outlook 2007 - 100% CPU Utilization

I think it has something to do with the Calendar.
I uninstalled Office, Reinstalled it... and when Outlook was
'Preparing for first time use' and getting settings from teh server,
it worked fine...

Hi,

I use MS Outlook 2007 in Cache Server Mode. To troubleshoot some
performance problem i was facing I tried switching to 'Work Offline'
mode.
the problem is, now whenever I launch Outlook it loads...

Same problem, the only difference is that in Safe mode it takes 2-3
minutes before the CPU utilization hits 99%.

also when i select Exit from the File menu the application disappears
but the process...
