Thanks for the reply.

Is it the same in newer versions? (I have 2003 and I'd buy a newer version
if were corrected.) Now, anything under 24 hours looks like two seperate
appts. on the month view....

When I schedule a calendar item that spans part of three or more days, I get
a continuous entry (like a multi-day item) AND the clock icons in the month
view, but when an item spans only two days...

I don't know. It's a 'Conexant SmartHSFi V92 56K Speakerphone PCI Modem'.
Is there any place I could find out. Calling Dell would be useless - I've
found their phone support to be run by a bunch...
