Bruce, I've realised, since the File menu has disappeared, I can't change the
identities to test this solution.

Disappearing menu bar
On my friend's computer, in OE, the menu bar has vanished. I mean the File,
Edit, Tools, Message, Help menu bar, not the Tools bar or similar.
There doesn't seem to be an option for this, and...
