have done exactly that MANY times.....and does not work...

might there be an alternate answer to this?

thanks for the response, Bruce...but did that weeks ago. this does not work
on my workstation...no matter how often I try that, it DOES ensure of course
that all .pdf icons on the desktop DO open...

original setup....and then installing Acrobat 9.3....my .pdf's as email

Hmm....a reboot didn't help. The call to my ISP didn't help...but this did
work.

I changed the DEFAULT account (I have 6 on the app) to send emails and then
used the string "127.0.0.1" as the conn...

Oh..it's the right one, ie my ISP string is perfect. I can ping the smtp
server and I can receive emails FROM that server after having just called my
ISP and getting them to send me a test...

I do NOT have that rounded office button to click on to open up the dropdown

Why is the stationary button in OE so much easier to use than in Outlook.
