task performance

outlook 07 calendar and task is/was performing slowly. after turning off
calendar chaching the permormance for the calendar is more reasonable. what
can be done to speedup task?

It appears the problem we were having was not an issue with the
IMAP/Exchange accounts. The cable to the system had a kink in it and seems
to have caused intermittent disruption of service.
