Sue,

I was mistaken! Just tried it again and when the form is closed, it displays
in the report (folder). However, when the form is opened again on that item,
the value is not there.

Sue,

The values disappear by looking in the folder or opening the item again. The
value is never saved. The properties box on the form, however, shows a valid
field named and the report sheet...

I've published a form in the folder that it services. The form works ok but
some of the fields in the form drop their saved values. The same fields are
losing their value each time.
