Outlook 2007 PRF Group Policy?

I am migrating cross forest and exporting the mail to PST files. I am going
to import into the new forest using Import PST in Exchange 2007 SP1.

I have some clients that do not have volume license...

Can I push a PRF file to outlook 2007 clients through group policy? I tried
to use a logon script under user configuration and it did not seem to work.

Auto Change Clients to point to new Exchange 2007 server

We are about to change one of our companies from 2003 Exchange to 2007.
Rather than having all the clients manully change to point to the new server
- how can I automate the change for all clients...
