Addressbook configurations

In Outlook 2000, SP3, why are some addresses shown as a name & some as actual
email addresses? There must be a setting somewhere that causes the
differentiation but I haven't located it.

Outlook hangs every time I start it

I have just upgraded to Office 07 from Office 03.
Whenever I start Outlook 07, it hangs (Not Responding) as soon as it has

I think this is either difficult or impossible, I have been searching with no

Applying rules to msg's from hotmail

I am unable to assign a rule to any message in outlook 2007 that was imported
from my live hotmail plus account. I feel like I've read and tried
