No sign of Cloudmark on either of my pcs (both suffering the same missing

Hi,
I have the same problem (have posted earlier). Ntlworld deny Cloudmark
exists on their systems. Any ideas?

Hi,
I have disabled email scanning but the problem remains.
I have tried sending attachments from my googlemail web account, and the
attachment remains not visible, but still embedded in the mail....

I can see the attachments if I send from Outlook Express or my work Outlook
account - The biggest problem are mails from a sender I have had no previous
problems with - I'll check if they've done...
