I found it -
its under Organization Config - Hub Transport - Remote Domains -
Default - Properties - Message Format - Allow automatic forward.

Hello,
I have been trying to get incoming email to automatically forward to a
gmail address, with no luck. I can redirect it to another address in
the company address list - that works fine. But...
