Outlook 2003 ..multiple instances in the task manager

I am running two computers with Windowx XP and Outlook 2003 and Norton IS
2006 or 07, depending on the system and have the same problem ALL THE TIME.

is there a way to accept an invitation in a different calendar other then
the default calender in outlook 2003?
