After reinstalloing XP from fresh I have reinstalled Outlook from fresh. I
don't need to import any .pst files. However when I go to try and set up my

I am getting the following message when I click on ToolsAccount settings in
Outlook 2007 (I got the same in Outlook 2003)

The operation failed because of a registry or installation problem....
