Exchange/Outlook calendar reminders are late

Hi There,

I don’t really know if this is and Exchange or Outlook problem. What is
happening is that calendar reminders are appearing late. It is not consistent

Moving Outlook Calendar to Public Folder

I should also mention that the Outlook calendar displays the appointment time
correctly, and I have verified all the DST and time zone information. It's
