No 2007 Outlook on my computer

Are you looking for the mail client? Outlook Express has been replaced by Windows Mail in Vista.

When it does come up, it's only once per session. What I can't figure out is why it comes up on the next session after I have opened the Junk Mail folder and deleted the messages.
