I did as you said but it hasn't fixed the problem
OE is listed as the default but when I go to email a picture from
MyDocuments\MyPictures using the options on the File and Folder task bar,...

From when I go to email a picture from MyDocuments\MyPictures using the
options on the File and Folder task bar, it does not open OE but another
email program.
I have checked to see that OE is...
