Newsgroups in Outlook?

I'd like to access newsgroups (like this one) through the NNTP protocol
but haven't found out how to do that with Outlook 2007. Can it be done?

I think I understand now. It had the same effect as importing into a
separate calendar within Outlook. And I was wrong on the import options
-- they explicitly list .ics files.

The instructions for importing Outlook Express files from another
machine assume that Outlook Express can be run on the target machine. I
don't believe there is a way to do that on a Windows 2007...
