Same Contact needed in Multiple Public Folders without duplication

Add a category with project number or description to each contact.
For example:

Job 3456

Now when another PM uses a contac they can add their Job number category as
well.

How do I view the auto complete email list?

I don't know of a feature that would let you do that, but you can always just
find them by typing into the address bar and copy/paste them to a file that
you can take with you.

No wonder they are not a preferred method of grouping contacts because they
are very poorly implemented and a pain to set up. Done right, they could be
extreemly useful and people would actually...
