Vista, Outlook 2007, Only Opens in Safe Mode

1. Vista laptop
2. Outlook 2007
a. Will not open unless opened in Safe Mode.
b. After closing, must kill "extra" process in Task Manager before
opening again.
3. Only error in Event Manager...
