Sorry Russ. I am using Outlook 2003. I searched (maybe I missed it but could
not find one specific to 03?

Too many contact lists!

When I enter names of recipients in my e-mails, Outlook is unable to locate
the entries in my Contacts folder. When I open the address book, 'Contacts'
appear twice in the drop down list of address...
