What controls what appears in the Title Bar?

I have a user who usually runs Outlook 2007 with several calendars open:
her own, and calendars of two other people in her department

If she has only her own calendar open the title bar says...

appointment created with OWA does not show in Outlook 2007

OK, they appear if I turn off Cached mode. But how do I get the
appointments into the local copy of the database so we can use Cached mode?
