Yes, Outlook 2003. How can I change the mailbox owner's colors/labels for
them? We want everyone in our group to use the same set of colors/labels--is
there any way to do it besides having them...

Try this:

Right-click on your calendar and choose "Customize Current View"
Then click "Other Settings"
Change Time Scale to 60 minutes
Click OK (twice)
