Good day, everyone!

I'm using Outlook 2002 and Gmail's IMAP service. I'm trying to figure out
where the fault lies with my issue.

My issue is that Outlook will lose connection to Gmail's IMAP...

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I did, in fact, try that. Always forgetting
the obvious. :-)

I tried the /cleanrules switch and the /cleanclientrules switch. Neither
worked.

Thanks for the suggestion! It seems that the /cleanrules switch is only
available to OL 2003 and up. I can't seem to find anything concerning OL
