Restoring rules from a .PST file....

I just figured this out, so this issue is now sorted.

Q: When you created the new Profile did you add your origonal data file, or?
A: I can not specify the original outlook.PST file. I can add it as a 2nd
file but I can not make it the default file....

I have had a nasty issue with a damaged outlook profile. I did have the error:
"the operation failed due to a registry or installation problem", what did
lead me to articles telling me to...
