How to restore a deleted Outlook 2003 contacts folder

I had first-level folders called bkgs_future, 0907, 0908. I deleted the first
one, and for some strange reason the others disappeared as well (althought
they weren't represented as sub-folders)....

New message not showing contacts in 'To' field

Upgraded from Outlook on XP to Outlook 2003 on Vista Home Premium (keeping
the older format of .PST file format).
Everything now works except:
When i create a new message and click on "TO" the 'Show...

FIXED! selected mail, data files, BCM, removed it. Then it asked if I wanted
98-2002 .pst files or .pst file. Don't know what BCM is, or why it was there,
but it buggered up everything.

Have installed SP3, and no change. Still can't get into Outlook. If I click
on Mail and:
-select 'data' it says 'select a data file...", and it lists Business
contact Mgr, with a status of 'Not...

Upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003 on Vista Home Premium. When I start Outlook
it says "unable to open your default email folders. outlook could not start
because a data file to send and receive...
