Thank you for help. It worked. I don't understand why I did not have to do
that message rule when we were with Roadrunner but now have to with Verizon.
Is there a setting that should be changed...

My husband & I have seperate email addresses in our OE. He receives all of
his mail in his box and I also receive his in my box. I only receive my
mail in my box but none in his. Can anyone...
