i need help with rules wizard

I have set up Rules Wizard for three e-mail accounts. All of a sudden, the
e-mails to one of my accounts will not put the e-mails in that folder. It
goes to my inbox instead.

Thank you for your reply, DiGuess.

I restarted the computer; I brought up the Task Manager; clicked on
Processes Tab. "msimn.exe was NOT running; wasn't even listed!
