As Ken said you are probably passing the IPictureDisp object across process
boundaries which is not possible. you have no choice that using PasteFace,
but you won't be able to make the image...

Don't you think that maybe wordmail is actually a simplistic version of word
process and that is why it's not able to handle everything word can! that's
why we have to workaround and find another...

I have the same problem only when WordMail is involved!
= a catatrophic failure message is displayed
(I am using Outlook 2003 and opening a new email item.)
