how to change names in outlook 2007

IN Outlook 2007. My 750 contacts imported from my phone was imported like
"lastname,firstname" in "file as". "File as" has to be changed to firstname
lastname" to be viewed that way on my new cell...

Anyone that knows? want "file as" to be on the form firstname-lastname. How
to apply on already excisting contacts? Hope someone knows!

How can I change already excisting names in contacts. They are on the form
"lastname, firstname". I want them to be "firstname,lastname"
