I am using Office 2007 Outlook and am having difficulty reading incoming
e-mails because of the print size. How can I change the font on incoming
messages to make them easier to read?

Changing Zoom Level

Millie:
When viewing messages in the Preview Pane, I do not see an option to
"Zoom". It is only when the email is fully opened that the Zoom option is
opened on the ribbon.
