Any luck on finding a solution. I have not found a solution to this problem
either. We have secretaries that need to have full permissions on certain
mailboxes that this is occurring on.

I am having this same problem as well. We have secretaries that have full
access to thier bosses' inboxes and calendars, and this is happening to them.
I have not been able to find a resolution. ...
