Hi :
I have Outlook 2002, and none of these fixes look like or work as
demonstrated on the pages that this recommendation links to. Fixes 1 and 2 I
already tried, Fix 3 I created a new .PST file...

I had already tried that. I get an error message:

"The Messaging Interface has encountered an unknown error. If the problem
persists restart Outlook."

I've restarted many times and it doesn't...

that was resolved by the other software company, but that only fixed half the
problem
