Do you mean to tell me that the "Contacts" folder that is located at
C:\Users\"Username"\Contacts has nothing to...

I also tried setting up a new Windows user profile in Vista SP1.

As before, I can enter addresses individually in both the 2007 Outlook
Address book and the Windows Contacts folder, but they do not...
