Is there any way I can set OE to prompt for my identity password each time I
open OE after closing it?

Outlook express won't ask for password

Sometimes OE doesn't ask for my identity password.
Even when it's the firt time I'm accessing OE after turning on my computer.
It seems to be completely random - sometimes OE will ask for my identity...
