Hi,

It is Outlook 2003 from the full Office 2003 set. I have set it up through
both POP and IMAP. When I open Outlook and activate Send/Receive at the
bottom right hand side of Outlook it shows...

In Outlook, I went into Tools, E-mail accounts and added a new e-mail
account. I went through adding the info required, and finished the wizard. My
business partner went through the same process...
