Nothing happens.... It will transfer my email settings, but not my contacts.

Is there a trick to this or is there an easy way to import my email addies
from Outlook Express .wab files into Outlook 2007. I have over 4,000 email
addies to transfer. Help PLEASE

I have a small bussiness that requires me to send out almost 5000 emails at a
time. Will Outlook 2007 be able to handle this task?
