Outlook 2007 with BCM - locks up - "databinding" bottom left a

I did the BCM uninstall and followed the MS instruction to Not uninstall the
MZBIZ . Outlook wouldn;t start up.

When my Outlook starts up it just hanging and in the bottom left says
"databinding"

I never have gotten Outlook to work and I have removed and reinstalled it 3
times.

It's doesn't start in "safe...
