Outlook calendar and permissions

My boss has her Outlook calendar set up so that I can send invites &
only I get the replies to those invites -- she does not see them --
which is the way it should be. However, when I send an invite...

I have a user who has a BB and whenever she gets any kind of reminder in her
Outlook the reminder comes on her BB but not on her PC. I have tried doing a
repair in Outlook, I ensured that her BB...

Holidays not appearing...need help!

No, there is only one calendar folder for this user. He is in the 1 day view
but I did try switching views and am still unable to find it.

I have a user who is attempting to get his 2009 holidays in Outlook. I tried
the fix on Microsoft's web site, even tried fixes on here (i.e. Hotfix for
installing outlook holidays for 2008-2012)...
