Does any one know if Text-to-Speech can be enabled in Office 2007?

My Language bar shows nothing, when I enable it.

I got the third party spell.exe that Bruce was so kind to link, it works
great! I had upgraded from office 2003 to 2007 and that upgrade-path, the
Word spell checker continued to...
