Installing Digital ID's on Outlook Express

Yes, my account works fine and it is set to POP3, NOT webDAV/HTML. My only
problem is with the certificates and encryption..

I did read all the helps in OE and it appears to be a catch 22. Again,...

i didn't mean to **** anybody off and I didn't mean to do what ever a cross
post is. I went o MS and found Outlook groop and put in my question. I am
not an Outlook expert and if you read my post...
