Accepting meetings as a delegate

Amelia, make sure your manager has set you up to do this:

Hey Chris -

My suggestion: Close Outlook all the way, making sure no processes are
running (rebooting probably the best way). Then with Outlook closed, go to
the Mail module in Control Panel,...
