Diane, thank you for your post. I don't need pictures. If I'm OK with the old
contact form, how do I do it?

Can I customize Contact form desgin in General view?

How can I display User-defined fields in General view, instead of clicking
"All Fields"? Can I customize or edit the General view design? I'm using
Outlook 2007.
