thanks for your reply. we're using exchange 2007 sp1 with a mailbox for
delivery location.

Hello,

When using outlook 2007, I'm unable to view a user calendar schedule.
error: "free busy information not available"
I'm able to view it in outlook 2003 w/o any issues.
